Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 77z777 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and associated balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances not subject to completed wagering requirements will not be returned.
The Operator makes available a range of payment methods which may vary by region and are subject to change without notice. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear as contextual guides. These references do not constitute confirmation of availability, endorsement or partnership with any payment provider. You must confirm available options in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you lawfully. You must not deposit funds on behalf of, or at the direction of, any third party. Deposits from credit accounts, borrowed funds or any funds derived from unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for the convenience of Pakistani Users. The Operator uses commercially available exchange rates where currency conversion is applicable. The displayed balance is for reference; the Operator accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. The Operator reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are only processed where: (a) KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) no active compliance hold or fraud investigation applies to the account; (c) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold for the chosen payout method.
Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 77z777 account. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing timelines vary by payment method, verification status and operational factors. The Operator will endeavour to process approved withdrawals within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
In compliance with AML obligations, the Operator may request additional documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — before releasing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delay or account review.
All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback schemes and other promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per offer. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using the User's own real-money deposit and/or bonus balance in the manner specified. Some games may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all toward wagering requirements — check individual offer terms.
The Operator reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a User has engaged in any of the following: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; exploiting pricing errors or technical glitches; coordinating with other accounts to arbitrage bonus conditions; or any other conduct reasonably deemed as bonus abuse.
Any PKR bonus amounts referenced on the platform (for example, PKR 1,000 referral credits or PKR 2,000/5,000/10,000 birthday rewards) are illustrative of the type of reward that may be available at eligible tiers. Actual values, qualifying conditions and availability are governed by the current promotion terms. These figures do not constitute contractual commitments.
Each game and sports betting market on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand applicable rules before placing a wager. Placing a wager constitutes acceptance of the rules for that game or market.
Once a wager is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. Results are determined by the relevant game engine or sports data provider. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the Operator's decision on the correct resolution is final.
Sports markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other events — are offered for informational and entertainment purposes. Market availability, odds and settlement rules are subject to the Operator's sportsbook terms. References to PSL, ICC, PCB or any team are for sports context only and do not imply official partnership or affiliation.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market and per day as displayed in the relevant game or market interface. The Operator reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at its discretion.
The Operator is obligated to verify the identity and age of all Users in accordance with its AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide accurate and genuine documentation when requested, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address where required, and a selfie or liveness check.
You must not submit altered, cropped, digitally modified or otherwise falsified documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities. The Operator bears no liability for consequences arising from a User's submission of fraudulent documents.
The Operator monitors transactions for suspicious activity in accordance with applicable AML frameworks. Where suspicious activity is identified, the Operator may freeze an account, request additional information, delay or decline withdrawals, or report activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law — without prior notice to the User.
Users are required to cooperate fully with any KYC or AML review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and, ultimately, closure of the account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77z777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, legal action:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, collusive or otherwise prohibited conduct; (c) continued operation of the account poses an AML, KYC or regulatory risk; or (d) the Operator is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory direction.
Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any real-money funds, where applicable law and the circumstances of the breach permit. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to User breach, real-money balances (less any sums owing) will be returned subject to verification.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations accrued prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonuses.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
The Operator makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing 77z777 is lawful in your country or region of residence.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
